At New York & Company, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the ship date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your request and print a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS or FedEx location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
